Service and Scheduling Policies

POLICIES

In order to provide a level of quality service and keep fair pricing for all, these policies are to be respected by all clients.   Clients with repeated no-show and/or last-minute cancellations may be blocked for future scheduling in order to keep preferred appointment times available for all guests. 
A 50% to 100% Service deposit will be required for all online bookings over $30.  
This deposit is PART OF THE service payment, and will not be refunded in the event of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule. 
Last-Minute cancellation - any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.  
No-Show appointments will require a 100% service fee payment before re-booking a service. 
All Services fees are price + and may require an upcharge.  This will be discussed during your appointment consultation.  Every service will provide a free consultation before service begins.  During this time, it is important to discuss your goals, hesitations, budget, and any other concerns that may affect your service (new medications, health issues, etc).
All new extension clients are required to sign a waiver. 
All extension hair purchases are non-refundable.
Home care is key in all color, treatment, and extension services.  Please discuss home care suggestions with your stylist as this may affect the longevity of your service results, and scheduling of future service appointments. 
Extension  maintence and color appointments arriving with dirty, tangled hair, or hair with heavy products may result in extra charges if clarifying and detangling time must be added to the service.
